Thanks guys!

I thought about the crop... I like the symetry with half the lake, half the sky(fog) and the gulls in the middle.
nope, I didn't have a lens hood on... I didn't even notice the fall off. Thanks Chris, i'll keep and eye out.

Tobiah,

Nice image but I think it could be a tad bit sharper and I agree that you should crop out some of the sky. The capture of the birds is perfect and there is a real feeling to this image. I am also noticing there is some light fall off in the upper part of the frame, did you have a hood on the lens? You might want to watch for this as you shoot.

This is a lovely black & white. You captured the mood of the seashore in the fog in a soft and beautiful moment. I love the gulls. Nice work!
