Maybe not an easy photo to make, but extremely successful. You look like a dream and the little one is rapt with attention toward mother. Great choice of location, the chair, light from the window, all work together for an excellent portrait. I hope this one hangs for many to see!!

esta é um fotografia de uma natureza íntima que me agrada. há uma fotógrafa muito conhecida que também só fotografa a sua família, chama-se sally mann :) contudo as fotografias de sally mann são ainda mais íntimas, são tão íntimas que até perturbam as mentes mais conservadoras.

Pat, I think this is one of my all-time favorite mother and child shots...the exchange between you two is so gentle and playful--I love the lighting and the tones. Excellent!
