I like this work! Good composition with great back-, mid- and foreground. I like those skies with lots of clouds that just make me want to snap pictures and fast as I can. Very good focus (nice and sharp). I wonder how a child would see this (from his eyes). Keep showing us your fine work. jwm

This is my first B/W work (exclude sephia works). I tryed more contrast when I prepared this photo. But I didn't decide, because some places of photo was overexpose or underexpose you know. And I prefered less contrast of it.

It is so obvious from your portfolio that you are an accomplished photographer that I hesitate to offer a suggestion, but I notice you shoot very little B&W, mostly colour, whereas I shoot about half and half, so perhaps a comment is not out of place. I feel this beautiful and sensitive photograph lacks the contrast to make it look really "alive." Perhaps you were looking for this sleepy, dreamy world of halftones... but I don't think it goes with those towering clouds. Here is what it looks like with a good boost to contrast with some increased brightness to prevent the shadows clumping up.
