Or...warm vs. cold. The setting is rather cold and abundant and she is warming it up with her presence. Although her expression is showing so much displeasure in doing so!

This photo tells me a lot. It says a girl who is maybe kidnapped and stuck in this crappy room...old couch, dirty table, walls with falling paint. Or maybe a bad first date and he is in the bathroom getting ready while she waits wondering how to get out of this mess. So many stories can come from this image..I love it.

The only thing that disturbs me a little or might be changed, is the foreground(the table?)... It seems to me that a more clear distinction would add to the picture maybe make it more black... Well might be that it would only ruin stuff, but might be worth a try...
Otherwise I like the composition, the colours and location. hmmm might add a little shadow to the head maybe? Maybe not.

Excellent image Rene. I like the central position of the subject and the look straight into the lens. I would like to see the pespective changed slightly just to straighten up the wall. Great work, regards john
