Overall, very nice. I would have shifted the camera over to the right a bit more to get more of the sunset and the awesome lighting against the waves. the lower left corner feels like it doesn't belong there. It's too dark compared to the rest of the photo.

I think that this version of the photo looks better than the previous. The original has a more washed out look. This version has a much richer appearance.

This is nice! have you ever tried shooting with slide film? Say Velvia 50? You'll get much better colors than ordinary print film and may not even need PS to enhance anything.

The only other thing I would fix is the un-level horizon :)
