Do you mean the curved bar across the ferris wheel, or the dark object at upper right? For me, the curved bar is part of the atmosphere, just one opinion though. I find the dark object a distraction, but I always feel like I'm cheating if I remove such a thing in Photoshop. (Not that I never DO remove things...)
AN interesting perspective, for sure! I like the way the walk leads your eye to the ferris wheel. I'm not sure what it hanging across the walkwy, but it is a bit distracting. Not sure if anything could have been done about it though.
