I am so excited about this picture. I may try to shoot it again but I have to have the light just right and it being winter now I don't always have clear and sunny days like this. This was shot about a week ago. I may try a couple other images where my shadow is moved but I'm happy with the diagnol lines that are created and intersect through out this image. Overall I have good feelings about it. I love the subtley about it. But one question still remains, does it look good as this ocntrast (I like my images contrasty)? I also printed it with a 3 1.2 filter (see here: http://www.animesushi.com/albums/album25/shadows_contrast3_5.jpg). Thanks!
Natalie Papadopoulos>>> Do you think the shot with the 3.5 magenta filter would be better then? Although I don't mind at all you looking deeply into my photographs :). That's part of the reason they're there and I'm thrilled that someone else can see something in them :). Thank you.
perhaps the wall is too bright but it's almost as if he's being blinded by the light and is deliberately trying not to see something the universe is trying to tell him. it may be looking at it a bit too deeply but that's what it says to me!! congrats.
I think this is a beautiful shot Lesley - I love the contrasts. I also think the title should remain unchanged - unless you want to call it "The Title Should Remain Unchanged" hee! Cherie
