very well done. i think fill light would not add to this picture, because it is the contrast, and the eye peering out of darkness, that create the drama.

This is my first try to combine hi-key and low key in just one single frame... so I try to put the highest speed who still avail to make the face detail. the rest i just burned it in a dark room. Btw, at that time (1994), i have no assistant, so i'm not used any reflector or fill in flash to make the shadow under the eye gone.. Hope you like it.

Great high contrst, soft focus portrait. Beautiful eyes and expression, and very nicely composed. The only slight detraction for me is the dark ring around her left eye.
