Since she is looking in the camera's direction, I would want to see her eyes clearly. However, whether due to a lack of sharp focus, the lighting or the angle at which her head is turned, that eye contact is very difficult to make. If you want the viewer to focus on the bike and the figure rather than on the face, then perhaps she should be looking straight up.
Good balancing act from the models side. For me the compostion could be better. Although you have not cut anything thing off from the motorbike there is to much open space at the top and on the left of the photo. If anything there should be a bit more open space infront of the bike (on the right of the photo). It makes any photo looks more pleasing when there is some open space in front of any subject... where the subject can move into (if it would decide to start moving for some weird reason).
