One of mine common tasks in the army was vehicles recognition, even though it can be a distanced sihouette. The aircraft on the left is a F-15 Eagle (used as today), and on the right is a P-51 Mustang (used during WWII). Taken at an airshow at Wichita, Kansas.
I only had a 200 mm zoom. The planes look kinda small (in mine). I like the closeness you got better, I think, even though the quality might not be that good. Good airshow shots are difficult anyway. Cheers! Marc
I've got an almost identical shot from an airshow in Toronto, for the CNE. I think mine was an f-16, but the other was a mustang too. were you at the maximum focal length for this? Marc
