Ps: I have deleted the Photograph :"Summer Visitors, Victoria." Since I was not Satisfied with Picture In General!... The detail of the Mast portion, being Cut, never faults a Picture!.....My Opinion, it's up to Individual Taste Andrej....Jeff!!!

Andrej, this coould have been a superb picture, but I guess the scanner didn't perform. Make sure you keep the negative and at some point you will rescan it and save this beautiful landscape.
On my Transvaal Daisy, you are right about the dark edges on the petals. I used the magic wand in PS to blur the backgraound and wasn't careful enough. Next time I'll do better. I may even correct this one if I find the time, but now I am very busy.

Yes you have to have an high-end scanner to get good results. I'm sure it would be better in print. Nice compostion and image.

I think this is one of your best pictures, I bet the print looks great. Would be well worth investing in a little software to get your shots back to the quality of your prints. Image has great depth with the foreground branches midground village and the trees and hills in the background. A sharp focus right through the shot would be great. (f22 a slow speed and a tripod). Sky is a little light.

Ps a light frame helps with white edges otherwise it's difficult seeing where the image ends.

Hvala za izčrpne informacije o Svetini. Se pravi, da imate v CE podoben hrib kot je na?a ?marna Gora v LJ..:) Zahvaljujem se ti tudi za več kot prelep komentar! Sem pričakovala tu kak nov posnetek, a ga ni..:( No ja, itak so prazniki pred vrati pa potem v Januarju s polno paro, mar ne..:) Zdaj bomo tako vsi malček prenehali in si nabrali nekaj moči za nove motive in posnetke. ?elim tebi in tvoji dru?ini prijetne praznike ter kajpak Vesel Bo?ič in Srečno Novo Leto 2004!
Pa veliko u?itkov zimskih u?itkov s soncem ali brez in imej se skrajno lepo!

Nice landscape, the contrast in the sky, the framing whit the tree and a subject the village. To bad for the scanner but I certanly agree whit you; clasic photography is the best!
