hah. thanks grant. i've got plenty more.

i had a custom housing built for my eos3 by mike waggoner for $1200. great guy to work with but he will need your camera for a couple of weeks. his site is www.surfhousings.com. right now i only have a single lens port but it fits a 24, 35 and a 50. i do most of my water shooting with the 24 tending to stay away from the fisheye. i think that look is way over used lately. i'll be getting another port made to fit a 20, 85 and 100 which would be give me a little more range in channel shooting.

there's several other companies that i can recommend for housings. feel free to drop me an email and i'll give you all the information that i have. i researched housing for about 6 months before i finally bought one.

Nice one but still want more! Nice colours in the blues & I like the lip just throwing out. I honestly cant get enough of your surf shots. Great work!

The other photo could be a calibration issue. I just put a blue layer (looked more natural than a grey colour) which was graduated to darken the bottom half of the image as it was hard to get a balance in the whites from top to bottom. I'm sure you could get it much better I was just having a fiddle for my own interest as on my monitor the bottom half is really blown out (the squares at the bottom appear ok with IX being a very faint grey - maybe too faint as it turns out). I just dodged the rider a bit as he tended to look a bit dark after I tried to fiddle with image.

WHat sort of housing were you using and was it custom built?...and what range of lenses will it take? I'm thinking about getting one when I get back to Oz for an EOS 30. ANy idea on price?

ANyway keep the photos coming they are awesome!
