dear jon,
you must be deeply in love with the hibiscus flower... it is really perfectly captured and super sharp.
proposal: try to turn it around. it will look much mor positive.
thank you very much for your very personal comment on 'winter wonderland'. yes, that's what i am. but if you only see the abstract and the real-life side you can call yourself lucky. i feel very different in different situations and also feel torn from one side to the other time and again. formerly i have been doubtful if i should not stick to one sort of pictures only. meanwhile i fully jump from here to there and feel good about it. the scope is so wide and open eyes never should be limited. there are enough limits in technique and reaction. don't you think so?

This gorgeous flower is one of nature's perfections so, the title is perfect for it.
Perfect is also this shot! I like it in every way and particularly cause of the angle which makes it appear somewhat shy and modest.
