This was for a photo project.. I had to overlap two negatives. The better version was the 5x7 test that I did, unfortunately, over the years it has developed horrible discoloration (I think I rushed the developing process so I wouldn't be late for my next class :( ) If I could redo this one, Karlee would be much more focused and have better contrast.. Thanks for looking! :)
Yes you're probably right. and to be more wordy, It's the sillouette shapes that caught my eye first, then the gently shaded background, then the subtle outline of Karlee. It's a beautiful picture with a charm of a bygone era. Reminds me of an old cafe in an Australian country town.
When I originally chose the negatives, I hadn't noticed the trees at the bottom of the sillouette neg (or I forgot they were there).. I think they turned out pretty neat though.. Heh, rereading your comment though, I don't think that's what you meant.. But oh well!

Stacey, this is a very effective combination. The low contrast makes it look like an etching
