The sunrises and sunsets on the Northumberland coast are amazing. I managed to capture a few last April and the light was almost tangible. You've done well to capture the sweep of the beach and the layered clouds are great. I might have turned the saturation down a tiny amount but then this image is all about emotion so what the heck!

I like this layout better than the vertical.... the layers of darkness and light really play off each other here. Although the other colours are most my cuppa tea, the purples and yellows add a great sense of balance here. Love the reflected colours in the sand.
