Very nice capture. Well...not sure about the blur at the background because it left this shadow around the bird however this is not big deal. The 'portrait' is so impressive that easily diserve a high rate. Best regards, JH.

Teresa,
Know that this Eagle is from Reelfoot. Your blocking the background has made it look like a painting. Love the detail in the eagle wings. Would like to see it without the altering. Know what would be seen, the fence, etc but maybe Harry has something with the border idea. Judi

I agree about the background. Great image of the bird, but it doesn't look natural with the heavy PS'd background. You provided no exposure info, but I'm willing to wager that the depth of field had the surroundings somewhat sharp also, and you tried to blur the background digitally, so it just doesn't look right to me.
