Hey Mustafa, this is for sure better than the first one, i liked the blakc and white as well as the colored one, but you've done well removing the man out of the photo's cadre, very nice one.

Mustafa! Yor photo not opened in full (look at the bottom). I think you should reload it.
Second - in my opinion, you crop to much in front of faces.
About BW?.. - this variat good for newspaper, if you estimate to get Editor's choice and be publishing...then it makes sense. As artistic work I'd prefer - color. I like your color photo so much.
And lasr one - again for me little bit dark.
I did it lighter. What do you think?
