Hi..
To achieve some balance in a photo it is often essential to have the horizon horizontal.. It is best to do this at the time for exposure, but it is also possible in Photo Shop ofcourse. I took the liberty to do this for you. As for any manipulation in the computer, it should always be done on a high resolution file, otherwise it looses alot in picture quality.
