Paul, I really like the way you find beauty all around you by looking and paying attention a little more closely than most people do. This is a great example. Your low viewpoint emphasizes the beautiful hues of the votive candles and also allows the light to shine through the crosses on some of the candles. It also pulled the grillwork in the background into a secondary but still important role.
