Neat image! I like how the flash stopped some of the action, and the longer exposure showed movement. Nice effect!

Raphael, for this picture I put the camera in bulb and press the shuter for 1 to 5 seconds. I also use the flash manually in the moment of the jump.
I prefer an aperture of 8 for a reasonable deep of field.
