Rain makes for some startling scenes Felipe. its too bad that it doesn't get along too well with electronic gear - not to mention photographers!

I've seen a lot of shots like this, but this stands out in how clearly the same image is repeated in so many different forms in hte drops. What is that red obnject anyway? Looks like a tulip or something.

BTW how do you like that tamron? I've been thinking that it would be a good future addition once the bank baalnce recovers a little. For now the 5700 will have to do.

How this was done:

The drops are really rain ones. No PS at all, but a little of color boosting. I took this on my kitchen window glass. The background is an artificial red flower I put there just to take the picture. I waited till the sun appeared amongst the clouds for better light. That's all.

Best regards!

I agree with you: Rain really ain't boring. This photo is the proof, wonderfull sharp macro from the rain drops. Excellent picture. Are these really Rain drops or just water drops, becose the background ain't really looking like a rainy sky, or did you took the picture in a house or something?? Or is it a little ps work?? I don't think it is ps becose you would be really Brilliant to make the drops glow red! Please tell me how you did it, i really want to know!
Greets, Lex.
