Taken during our photography workshop in Zeeland. A test for the gradual ND filter that I bought the week before :) I enhanced the effect a little bit using Photoimpact.

Maybe its because I like Zeeland, but this image appeals to me alot. Don't quite know why, though.... If I look at this photo without prejudice, I think it lacks a bit of tension and a specific focal point as well as a story behind it. I like the composition, and the tree is a nice diversion from the three parts (water, land, sky) The clouds come out nicely. Maybe even a bit too strong, especially without the reflection of the colour in the water.
If I look at it with prejudice, I can almost feel the wind in my hair, smell the salty, rich air, and I'm back....:) Great tones, and atmosphere. Lovely barren atmosphere. Well done!
