How? Low speed shutter (tried several ones...), flash on, at 2nd courtain, quick but short rotation of the camera and luck, lots of it! ;-)))

If you tried a dozen times before you got this, it is not so much luck as persistence. Great colors and composition in a difficult shot. I've tried rotating camera motion for effects but I have never been this successful. Probably my best example (see the attachment) happened entirely by chance...

Telmo, That's incredible! Great shot. I think the way the clown is singled out is just stunning! Great job! Not only technically, but also emotive. The expression of the clown is brilliantly sad and generally bored.... Nice contrast!
