Wow! Thanks for all of the wonderful comments about this photo;
There is another shot posted earlier in my portfolio of this corner of the buildings that includes some palm trees. In that photo you can see the true color of the sky that day. There were no filters used, and I worked with the levels in photoshop elements to increase the intensity of the colors. When I was cropping this photo from it's original version, I added the darker blue in photoshop elements to add to the feel of the finished photo.
