its a fabulous portrait with a lovely expression(good that she is not looking straight at teh camera for a change) and nice tones. I do though feel that the noise disturbs. looks to me like compression problem, but maybe not.

A very intriguing picture. Great composition and atmosphere. I'm not sure if the strong grain/noise in the darker parts of the picture, is part of the effect you wanted to create, but I took te liberty to apply NeatImage to your pic, just for you to compare and to see if you like the effect. I'm no share holder :-) but I found this program very usefull in softening (romantic) portraits.
