Beautifully captured! I remember a place in the British midlands that looks rather like this (one was a road bridge, the other rail). And again in the South of France (one was a viaduct in the latter case). They are often fiendishly difficult to combine into one; you've done very well in this... I also appreciate the water texture being so realistic.
