Beautiful shot. The off-centered framing makes it look more powerful, the combination of colors is great and the small DOF separates perfectly the subject from the background.
You could have avoided the shadow made by the hat with a fill flash, but i really like it that way it is now.
Try reconsider asignating the shot to the "characters" category. This is quite an impresive character!
