Great shot ... lovely colors ... great composition. I think this kind of image is the best way to show the american way of life ... at least for the foreigns, just like me.
Thanks about your suggestion of link to the soviet camera forum ... It?s great ... I?m a fanatic for soviet camera ... I own a FED 3 (early model), a brand new 50?s Kiev 4a, a Zorki 1C, a Zenit 3 and a great FED 1 with the comune inscriptios.

Beautiful color saturation makes this a very striking image, Steve. I like the lens effect you have. I have not used my kit lens that I got with my 300D and I assume this is what you used. I haven't used it because I read where it was a "crappy" lens. I see nothing in this photo that would lend credence to that. You've provoked me to try it out.
Drop me a line if you are interested in finding out how to get a 4 gig Microdrive for around $200. I will be getting one soon. I currently use a 1 gig microdrive in my camera.

The color here is wild, but I really like its oversaturation. It fits the design of the marquee.
