Ramon: All of the hummingbird images were shot as Large-Fine JPEG files. RAW files are too bulky as I have to shoot about ten or fifteen images for every one that I find usable. Resolution of Large-Fine is 3072x2048 on the D60, approximately the same as the current Canon 10D. Saved files are around 2-3mb. I retain the sRGB color space and prepare the images in photoshop with final output done in ImageReady.

Fred, Superb as usuall. Which format do you use with you D60? RAW, TIFF, JPG and at what resolution? Your portfolio is the most impressive in Usefilm. Congratulation. Ramon (ramon@fregosodiaz.com)

she is a little darling, and her beautiful golden fleck shining on her feathers are so beautiful. Though its a bit upsetting that is is standing on plastic. It would be nicer if it was on something natural but there not much you can do about that.
