If you and others interesting in joining, I think they are more than happy, the association is: UAE Art Association and they have photography section, I left them long time ago but the faces and the persons is still the same. They used to have regular Exhibition, and they go around the Arabic world and may be now every where. last time I was with them in Bahrain international photography exhibition, In UAE you can participate in 1.UAE Art Association 2. Abu Dhabi Cultural Centre 3. Journalism Club (Dubai) 4. Some time UAE Uni. what am looking for is association for photography only.
Amna if u need urgent thing just say it ,I will call some shops in Dubai and see if they have it ,I will till you about the location and the person to speak with.Thanks

Many thanks Saeed. Honestly, I think such a group is needed to give us some support (not financially) at least when it comes to international contests and local photography galleries. Besides, I think our market have a shortage of photography equipments for the last week I have been to million stores every thing seems to be out of stock! and I can not order online as I need to try it before buying.

Yes,Amna and the main committee office in Sharjah( Federal official committee),I know them very well( I was part of it),but it was going very well ,till they have giving a support more for fine art "paintings,exct.",I know that Dubai is in an advance face of establishing a culture centre. That also be great. Do you need particular thing please do not hesitate to ask, thanks, Saeed
