I really think the Red, Blue & Green lens flares are a distraction to the bride. You don't want to distract from the woman of the day. ;)
I also think the frame is too 'outdoors' for a wedding photo (but I don't know the bride).

The picture is gorgeous Ron, I would have gone for a little less soft focus around the head - because lets face it, the bride has a lovely face :-)

The bride is lovely, colours are fantastic with the added blue, green and red spots, kind of unique. The blur gives it a shimmery delicate quality. I would have gone with a softer more delicate frame or just a matte though.
