Hi Sony,
this would be a very good one if you'd exposed for the temple, not the guard.
If you really want to get the guard right, use a tripod and take 2 photos, one exposed for the guard and one exposed for the temple.
Combine both with your photo software (something you have to learn anyway when shooting digital) and you have a ral winner photo.

Thanks Dan. Yes, the pole is distracting... I wish I could move the pole away so I could capture the reading guard (actually my intention is to capture the guard reading, not knowing a majestic flaming temple appears behind him... :) )

wow, this is a fantastic shot. I am a big fan of long exposure and night photography and i only wish i could do something this good, the temple looks great and the leaves in the foreground give it some distance. My only complaint is the light pole which kinda distracts my eye from viewing the beautiful temple.
Of course, only my very very humble opinion
