Yeah, I think I probably oversharpened here. That Canon EF 85 f1.8 is razor sharp at f8...here's the original

I have enjoyed looking at your photographs of the dogs, so now it is nice to see the creator of those photos. But while I can imagine that the lens you are using is pretty sharp, I have to agree with Rebecca that here the image is too sharp(ened), at least for my taste.
