sehr schönes softes Kinderportrait, aber hier fehlen mir irgendwie die natürlichen Farben + Hautton, ich denke es würde in color auch sehr schön aussehen...

@kriss: i have indeed tried to do something with her eye (compliment! ;-)) but really not with that dark ring. i don't know why her left eye has this dark ring, the iris is even a little bit bigger than on the right side. what i did was taking away a hair, which runs over her face and also her eye...nothing else...

She is so gorgeous, Uwe! I love this expression you captured, and the light and pale tones are so wonderful and gives the whole portrait an extra angelic feeling! Very beautiful!
But have you tried to do something with her eye? The eye on right side seems to have a very dark ring around, while on left side it's light gray.

Uwe, this is what i call a portrait. This is a beautiful child, full of innocence and sunshine. Her smile is...is....well it's lovely. i love the light and the glorious softness that pervades this image, from the crown of her head to her pale, pale complexion, to her invisible eyebrows, to her white shirt. You have a 7+7+7+7 capture here, Uwe..congratulations. (and i love your crop--and also love that you distanced the border from the image so as not to disrupt that angelic paleness).
