Wonderful snapshot. The bear looks concerned. And besides, the lack of color, accept for the brown bear and the green moss, gives the picture a soft but convincing contrast. I like the upper side with a bit of dark water that frames the photograph. Then there is the shutterspeed: just fine I'd say. So to keep it short: very good composition, timing and color. Congratulations. You must be a professional (or could be).
