I think you may get past the dual focus issue a little easier by moving the house to the left side where the upper flowers are more in focus, it would make it a little less obvious, you could obtain the same results by flipping the floewr portion of the photos

The image you created is nice but you have various focus points that throws it a little off . Focus 1/2 way through the flowers then focus again on the red roof.Dont get me wrong I like the image it is just not what I am used to seeing in a photo. Best Regards Dan

Great idea as far as the picture goes. I suggest you crop at least half of the lower part and it will be a FANTASTIC landscape image IMO. When you scroll up and down, you will see what I mean... It certainly is a very good composition except for the distracting foreground. Hoping not to offend you with my comment. Kind regards, Gustav

Hey Kevin I like this a lot, but I would have cut 2/3rds of the sky out so that it was just double the height of the house for more impact. But thats just me.
Good work, well done. Kev.

This one really works for me. The dual focal points (middle of the field and at the house) would be a bit tricky to achieve in camera!

The mood of this image is amazing! I love the contrast of the clouds, the positoning of the house, and the overwhelming mount of yellow - that isn't overdone!
Great work!

Mr. Temple, I have been looking at your work, and this is one of your finest [in my books]. A great use of PS to get what you wanted. Hat's off.
