Hoewel je vorige foto van een molen iets meer kleur heeft, vind ik deze toch wat levendiger. Fraai beeld met die kromme lijnen!

P.S. Canons zijn inderdaad fijne apparaten, maar ik blijf het lastig vinden om scherp te stellen bij foto's van dichtbij. LCD scherm is niet altijd even duidelijk.

Aha! Molens! Dag Teunis.... Ik heb deze gekozen, omdat de lucht hier wat meer detail en contrast heeft. Het valt me op, dat er veel foto's zijn, waarin de lucht vrij "vaal" is. Gezien het overige beeld van die foto's kan dat ook aan de camera liggen...
Terug naar deze foto. De verse voren in het veld, licht gekromd, leiden het oog zeer effectief naar de molen. Hoewel ook hier de lucht wat vaal lijkt (gezien het lage contrast in het veld en de molen was er geen zon op dat moment) vind ik de compositie weer zeer sterk.
Bijgevoegd een variant met een tikkeltje meer saturatie, en waarbij ik de lucht gekopieerd heb naar een nieuwe laag in PS, de laag "vermenigvuldigd" heb en de transparantie op 48% heb gezet. Niet het meest fraaie PS werk, een beetje lomp, maar het geeft wel een indruk van wat ik ongeveer bedoel.

Teunis - What a great shot. Even at thumbnail size the lines in the foreground give such impact. A sense of dynamics. One very minor crit if I may be allowed. It's maybe something you had no control over, it is that I would have liked the sails to be at 45deg angle so that all four are highlighted against the sky. Please don't take offence as it is only my humble opinion.
