No offense taken.
This is a special prayer that the Kohanim say as a blessing for the people.
They say a blessing before saying this prayer that they say the prayer in the right spirit and mind set, a spirit of Love.
The prayer that they are saying is translated:
May the Lord bless and guard you.
May the Lord shine his countenance upon you, and be gracious unto you.
May the Lord turn his countenance toward you and grant you peace.
