I do not see arrogance in this image. I see the graceful talent of a dancer. I also see a beautifully captured image that works with the added red. Excellent work Mary.

Yes as you said it, in comparison to others. each image stands alone.A series of images relate. I view this as arrogance as for me her posture is arrogant (and she might have some reason to do so)... It is a visual depiction of feelings that influence posture.
You can give a title to this image!! If you view it separately. How would you call it? I would be glad to know! (Could she be "Grace"?)

The red exists now! I too do not naturally associate to arrogance although I suppose that is what she is throwing about. I like your treatment but I think I'll prefer something more openended. In a sequence this will probably be more apparent by comparision with other images.

Hey Mary! Terrific piece of art. Don't know if I get the intention of the series, but if this image should show arrogance then I'm wrong on that planet. I see gracefulness.
