Hi Oliver,
When I saw the thumbnail view and the title "fair picture", I thought it meant fair as in "gerecht". So I was confused, and then looked at this page and realized it meant "Messe" :-)
But in any event, this is a superb photo! Your composition is wonderful - the entry point for the eye is the girl, then leads to the boy shooting, and finally the background. The girl looks worried or distracted, while the boy is unaware of her feelings, totally absorbed in his game of skill - a feeling of mystery and forboding.
Just wonderful - congratulations!

this is really an interesting shot
the the way the rifle pointed and the opposite way that the lady looks is pushing the point of attention to difeerent zones,
the grain adds alot to the shot aswell
