About
Taken late afternoon from Boscobel looking at West Point on the opposite side. The tide was low. We could see the magnitude of the marsh in all its glory. This area is the favorite home of the snapping turtles that will soon come up the steep hills to lay their eggs. It's a real treat early mornings to see this procession of Mum turtles looking for a warm and safe place for their future offspring.
Yes it does have the feel of a painting. I simply enhanced the existed colors to stress that effect. It's such a beautiful place. More of that place later on. Thanks for the time and comments John. Any new shots from your end?
