really great geometries, I like this kind of shots....abstract created from reality is something very difficult, it needs a very good eye and, I think, U have a great one!
Best regards.

Thanks for your comments. This building is call Esplanade - Theatres on the Bay , taken in Singapore. Attachment is the full view of the picture.

Oops.. I put the wrong exposure time, should be 1/15. Thanks to Tom for pointing this typo error :>

Cheers ! Bobby

bobby, your vision continues to amaze and inspire me. excellent photo! on the technical side: why 15 secs.? is that the actual exposure time? i think a bit less would increase contrast and possible bring out the sky (assuming it was blue that day). keep 'em coming!!

take care,
tom

You sure did get the dof here Bobby.
This is a very interesting image.
Almost the look of tire treads but then to pointy, almost the look of a new style building but to many of them....ok I give....what is it actually ?
It's captured very well... and definitely has my attention.
Good Job
Lee

Hi Hugo, thanks for your comments. This shot was taken at the lower ground in the noon time (without any clear blue sky). Originally D100 shots are already low contrast (according to Nikon) and I took this shot +0.3EV. I shall try increasing the contrast :>

Cheers ! Bobby

Hi Bobby, The lines and faces of this building are stunning. Great perspective, and a very well composed shot. I think the image is a tad too bright, a bit more contrast would probably balance the tonal rage a bit more. Difficult shot, with the bright sky in the top right corner, though. Very original and intriguing capture. Did you under expose a half or a full stop? I found out that I need to do that more often with my D100...

Cheers,

Hugo
