Someone asked me about it and I told him that I had bought it in London over 30 years ago and that one of my patients, a psychologist, was so intrigued by it that when I went again somewhere and found another, I bought it for him.

It was bought more than 30 years ago in London.
One of my patients, a psychologist, was so intrigued by it that I bought one for him some years later, as far as I remember also in London.
