Wow Amna, it's so beautiful! This is better photo quality (sharper/better focus) than your newer similar post.
You say it's not original, but I think it really is! Because of this stunning combination of strong colours, and also the flower reflection in the drops... it's just so wonderful!! I really LOVE it!

this is simply gorgeous..! i love it.. :)
i think you used flash right? if so try getting a table lamp with powerful bulb and use it for lighting instead.. it's REALLY helpful and allow you to keep the natural rich colors of green stems.. tell me what do you think about the closeup filter now :)

This is really a great macro, and I love the water beads on flowers in macros (check out my bio), from a PS standpoint, this could be sharpened a little bit more...but not using the Sharpen filter menu...that will be too harsh for the soft edges of the leaf...on macros of flowers, I prefer to duplicate the bckgrnd, and do Filter>other>High Pass
this finds the edges that should be sharp, and tweaks them...i usually use a radius of two to three, then you have to put the 'high pass' layer to mode of "overlay" and i think you'll find this really sharpens the image nicely, without exeggrations. I also adjusted the levels so each channel went to the full spectrum, which is easy to do as well.
