About	Macquarie Harbour is a pristine place on Tasmania's west coast. In earlier times it supplied industry for the Huon Piners. Also in the area there are Celery Top pine and King William pine, of which are all good boat building material for their buoyancy and self preserving oils. They are all rare and endemic species to Tasmania. The wooden dinghy in the picture is made from King William pine.
