LOL!...;o) Nothing left to comment on...;o) What to do? Need to think of something else.... Not working... )
Hi Lori, Don't even think the tilt is that distracting, the horizon is level enough, and I like the diagonal composition of the pier. The brightness and colours are excellnent. Very lively image. The grey and red framing is very nice, great combination of colours, and well proportioned. I like this shot alot. Quite unusual and refreshing. The gull is a nice eyecatcher, (It manages to atleast attract my attention...;o) and I think it keeps the viewers eye from wandering off. Very well composed.
Cheers,
Hugo
PS. Can't argue on the tilt, and can't even leave a 7 as rating.... What are you trying to do to me....;o)

Splendid photo, perfect in every respect. I took a picture of Pier 39 a while ago, but it didn't come out half as good as yours. I'll fix it one of these days and let you see it for your comment. I love your entire portfolio, the hand of the expert shows. Congratulations, you're doing a great job, Lori. Best regards, Alex

I guess the rightward tilt was to compensate for San Francisco's proclivity toward the Left? ;) He he he.

Have not been to SF since 75 and lots of people then. Nice colorful scene. I don't mind the tilt as the pier hides most of it. Don.
