Thanks for your reply and yes, the intent was to have the foreground in the dark. I personally don't think that it has the same effect if lightened. I wanted the emphases to be put on the storm clouds. thanks!

nice capture of the mood here, vince. Was it your intention to leave the foreground in the dark? If not, you may work with masks in photoshop to bring more light in here ;-) strong one anyway. cheers, thilo

Just love the effect of the sky but it would be nice if you could see more details of the houses. I brighten up just the house to show you what I mean. Hope you like it.
