Sorry about the effect. I was not from touchup. I was the quality of the photo. I was shooting through a window within a conference room out to the window that had the reflection. The photo wa actually a little dark. I can try for a better shot. Of course the cars will not be the same. :)

Very nice Peter, and I like your idea of removing all but the choice window panel. I would like to see this without any of the (watercolor?) filters that (I think) I am seeing.
