Wow - Yes it really does explode, for a white flower it is such a colourful image. You can almost feelthe warmth of the sun coming from it, lovely

Hi Micky; I've been laying low the last 2-3 months-- just burned out I guess but still shooting a lot. I'm going "comments only" now-- as I see you are too (tired chasing Ratings)-- and I'm only keeping a few friends on my list-- including you. It was just taking to much time w/ 30-40, but I always enjoyed exhanging comments with you.
I agree, this dahlia is very nice-- the whites are truly white and the yellows delicate. The near centered composition works here because of the angle of the flower to the lens, IMHO. I'm going to try to post a few more images now and get reacquainted with old friends. Cheers. Craig
