Thought i go back a little and find a shot I haven't seen before. This one hit My eye! I like the way the light shimmers off the water and the silhouette of the sailer is great! Super composition! My best.................John

Thanks for the comments Boudewijn. For the birds I used a 10X optical zoom plus an Olympus Tcon 1.7, so the range is expanded quite a bit, plus a lot of patience! I also have bird feeders in my backyard to attract them which helps.

I like the light in this picture very much, lovely picture. Thanks for your comments on my pictures. I also like your bird picture very much, how do you get them so close. I have a 10x optical but i find it very hard to get them close.
